Plaid access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. Account and transaction data is protected by encrypted hosting infrastructure, TLS, authentication, and user-level access controls. We do not store full card or bank-account numbers; where available, we store only a masked ending such as the last four digits.
